WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN BUYING AT THE ATTIK?
Most of the products listed on our website are vintage or antique, and as such they will typically show some wear and tear consistent with their age. We try to give a fair assessment of the condition of out items and report any significant damage or mark in the listing description.

WHAT DOES FREE COLLECTION MEAN?
"Free Collection" means that buyers can save delivery costs by picking up the item themselves directly from our warehouse.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR AN ITEM?
Payment is required when the item is purchased from our website.When the buyer chooses to have an item delivered, shipping costs are charged to the payment card used to make the purchase, unless arrangements have been agreed for the shipping costs to be paid by cash direct to the courier.
HOW SAFE IS YOUR PAYMENT PLATFORM?

HOW DO I CONTACT THE ATTIK?
Nobody wants the unfortunate situation where the furniture you’ve ordered does not fit, where it’s too big for the room or won’t fit through your home’s doorways or entrances. So, when you order your furniture, it’s important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please measure all doors, stairways and the chosen space as carefully as possible.
We cannot accept responsibility for furniture not fitting, as ultimately it is up to you, the customer, to measure. If the worst happens and your delivered furniture won’t fit in, we can offer advice on what to do next. If this happens, or if you are concerned about furniture due to be delivered may not fit, please contact us.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
We provide worldwide delivery. If you would like a purchase delivering outside the UK, please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery quotation.
